Household trash is collected Monday, once a week at the property. Please have your trash out by 7:30 a.m. On snow days and/or holidays, trash will be delayed. All trash cans are to be no heavier than 35 pounds each. The shareholder is responsible for providing trash cans with secured lids. All trash cans are to be taken to the curb for pick-up. There are a total of (3) 32 gallons trash cans permitted per household per week. Pine needles, gardening debris, branches, leaves, construction materials, wood remnants and ashes will NOT be collected. If a resident, weekender, or renter is leaving the mountain before their trash day, they should take their trash either home with them or to a designated County trash location. Please put ashes ONLY IN METAL CONTAINERS, and please do not leave them near structures or homes. This is a serious fire danger to the community.
